bodice has a set of tiny LED lights stitched to it.
In subdued lighting the beaded red silk chiffon overlay
has the glow of warm embers. The tiny purse holds the
battery pack. The bodice laces up the back and has a
perky red and black French net bustle. The hem is trimmed
in Turkish tassel fringe. The skirt is beaded silk chiffon
with a flame cut hem. It hangs off the hips and has
a tie closure. The beaded collar is not included it
was sold. The black organza wings are studded with beads.
The wing wire slips into the tiny sleeves inside the
back of the bodice. Remove the wings and it is a killer
Neo-Victorian Steampunk bustle dress.
