creations. We are The Bohemian Elegance Gypsy
costume designers.
The custom one of a kind gown or costumes in white,
cream, raspberry, chocolate made of lace, satin, chiffon
and silk gowns and dresses... all going up for auction
this month. Many are re-created vintage, some have never
been worn and still have their tags. Tags that start
at $240.00 and go up to $1800.00. One of a kind costumes
and accessories. Many have been hand painted & custom

Italian Renaissance Gown & Antique Chemise Bohemian
Elegance
The Italian
Renaissance... Elegance and romantic... the arts
flourished through out Italy but in Florence they thrived.
Wealthy patrons employed artist to paint their beloved
wives and daughters. The Abita di Firenze Dress is similar
to what the wealthy ladies of Florence wore during the
Renaissance. It is very much like the gown painted by
Leonardo di Vinci in "Ginevra de Benci".
The
deep cranberry damask is lush. The chemise is a Victorian
piece from my own collection. The belt is a deep emerald
green I did not photograph it well. There is a bit of
wear on the back. You can see it in the photo. It does
not show and can be easily repaired. The sleeves are
perfect and the cotton is soft as deer skin. Truly a
treasure to add to any Renaissance clothing collection.
The Demi luna rust and black agate pendant is included
in the auction.
